In Loving Memory from Texas

Watching the news this morning, the memories flowed as I remembered where I was on that September day. My heart continues to break for those who were there and witnessed September 11, 2001. May we never forget. God Bless America!

Because I couldn’t say it better on this anniversary of September 11, I share the words of the great Irving Berlin.

“While the storm clouds gather far across the sea,

Let us swear allegiance to a land that’s free,

Let us all be grateful for a land so fair,

As we raise our voices in a solemn prayer.”

God Bless America,

Land that I love.

Thru the night with a light from above.

From the mountains,

to the prairies,

To the oceans, white with foam

God bless America,
